Channel Swim is an endurance activity, swimming between England & France. It is a 33km journey (approximately), which has tested the endurance of swimmers from all over the world, for their ability to swim the distance, while also enduring cold temperature. Crossing the busiest shipping lane in the world is no insignificant challenge.
This site is dedicated to the preparation, mind, body for the challenge.
